Add your tables, then drag guests into their seats. One Wed keeps plus-ones next to their guest, shows which tables are full, and lists everyone still waiting for a seat, so the seating plan is the easy part.
Choose round, oval, square, long, half moon, S-shape (serpentine), U-shape or a one-sided head table, with any number of seats. Seats are laid out to suit the shape: around the curve of a half moon, on both sides of an S-shape, facing the room at the head table.
Open a table large and each guest's name sits at their own seat, so you can see who's next to who and move people with a drag.
The unseated list comes straight from your guests, grouped the way you group them (family, uni friends, work). Choose to seat only the people you expect to come, or everyone you've invited.
Plus-ones take the seat next to their guest, and a table over its seat count is flagged before the day, not on it.
Your tables appear on the venue floor plan in the same shape, so you can place them in the room next to the bar, the dance floor and the DJ, then print it for the venue.
