Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of One Wed, a wedding planning app (“One Wed”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using One Wed, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Questions: support@onewed.app.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate account details.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- You can invite your partner or helpers to your planner. Everyone you invite can see and edit it, so only invite people you trust.
Free trial and plans
- New planners get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial you can choose a plan: Monthly, Annual, or a one-off Wedding Pass. Prices are shown in Australian dollars in the app before you pay.
- Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan → Manage billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- The Wedding Pass is a single payment that gives access until 3 months after your wedding date, for up to 2 years from purchase. It doesn’t renew.
- If you don’t have an active plan, your planner is locked: you can’t open it until you choose a plan. Your guest page and RSVPs keep working. We don’t delete your planner because a trial or plan ended; choose a plan and everything is as you left it.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices for future periods, with notice before they apply to you.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Your content
- You own what you put in One Wed (guest lists, documents, photos and so on). You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can provide the service to you and your guests.
- You’re responsible for having the right to add other people’s details (such as guests and suppliers) and for how you contact them, including emails and messages you send through One Wed.
- Keep your own copies of anything critical. We work hard to keep your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be lost.
Acceptable use
Don’t use One Wed to:
- send spam or unwanted messages, or contact people who haven’t agreed to hear from you;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don’t have the right to share;
- try to access other couples’ planners, break our security, or overload the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AI features
Features such as quote comparison use AI to read documents and summarise them. AI can make mistakes, so check important details (like prices and dates) against the original documents before relying on them.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep One Wed available and improving, but we don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you and offer a fair remedy.
Liability
One Wed is a planning tool. Decisions about your wedding, suppliers and guests are yours. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
Closing your account
You can stop using One Wed at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@onewed.app. We can close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If we update them, we’ll let you know in the app or by email, and the updated terms apply from the date shown. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
